Long-term Lease information: this apartment is under Paley management corporation, and you need to sign a lease w them directly. one-year renting. The current monthly rent is $1825 per month, one month free, net effective is $1673.

Short-term lease information: my current lease will end next year April 1st, if you would only like a short-term rent before my current lease end. I can personally reimburse you some to make net effective rent is 1573/month before my current lease end.

location: Lexon Hill, cross btw 72th St and York Avenue. 8 min walk to Q train, 5 min to Weill Cornell, and 7 min to Rockerfeller.

The studio has one spacious living room, one kitchen, two closets and one restroom. Pet-friendly, water/heat included. Very Quiet place to live in, even it is in UES.
