Private room in a 1000 sq ft apt with shared bath, access to kitchen & living room space, non-smoker please.  Room is 9ft by 9 ft with 2 windows and shutter closure on one wall  Furniture provided: Twin Bed, Dresser, Night stand, Light, Desk & Chair (if requested).Shared Closet Space.  Washer/Dryer in Building.  Monthly rent includes ; water, heat, electricity, air conditioner, wifi connection, cable TV.  I've lived in the building for years and raised my son in this room (now he's a college graduate and on his own).  Time frame is flexible. If you want to bring your own full size bed - it fits in the room
