Beautiful, bright, spacious UES 1br W/D in unit!

Looking for someone to sublet my bright and spacious 1 bedroom room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom UES apartment. Exposed brick throughout the entire apartment, great natural light, high ceilings, and tons of closet space. Walk in shower, herringbone tiled bathroom, and most importantly-washer and dryer in unit!!!

I'm hoping to find someone to move in ASAP. I'm very flexible on a lot of the details. I'm also willing to negotiate the price (within reason). The current lease runs through July 15 so ideally you would want to move in and stay until then. But again, I'm willing to discuss options as far as the length of renting.

The current tenant is a female, 33 years old, professional who works in the fashion/consumer industry. She is extremely tidy, thoughtful, and considerate. All of the wonderful little touches (as well as the large interior decorating) were her doing. Happy to discuss her more if you have questions but she's honestly a perfect roommate.
