You will be signing on to a new 8 month lease that starts in July but is available to move in as early as June for a discounted price of $1250 . You have the option to renew at the end of the 8 months.

The apartment is a 3Bd/2ba flex. One roommate is in his early 30s and we are currently looking for someone to occupy the remaining room, as wel. Clean and quiet apartment, shared living room and kitchen. The other two roommates share a bathroom, but you will have your own private bathroom!
Utilities come to approx $70-$100/mo, including internet.

The apartment itself has tons of storage space with multiple closets (three). The kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need and includes a dishwasher!
