Hi, we are looking for a new roommate to move in to our SUNNY! 2 bedroom apartment in Upper East Side. Flexible, no broker. Furnished, queen bed, with a Large double closet and a bed stand.

Close to EVERYTHING: Central Park 5 aves away,
Lexington Avenue Subway acesss! Only 1 street from 4,5 &6 trains at 86th st. The area is filled with restaurants, drug stores, cafes, lounges, bars, and supermarkets for all your shopping needs.

You will be living with a couple. While we would prefer a female, we are open to all moving in. We are clean(regular cleaning schedule), tidy, and We respect privacy and personal space. We get sunlight in all rooms. While there is no laundry in unit, the laundromat is very close, less than a minute away and they can pick up your clothes.
Not a party house.
