I have two bedrooms available- pref to sign lease/submit docs by Feb 14. Lease effective MARCH 1 and option to last 6-9 months for the rents the bldg has offered for renewal.

So end date of Aug 31-Nov 30, we can pick.

*Must stay for full duration or find replacement if moving out earlier.
*Must pay rent on time/ No Smoking in apartment/ Must keep communal areas clean
*Must make 50X annually to qualify*

Both original bedrooms have plenty of walk-in closet space, King bed space and furniture space.

Ideal roommate: Employed mid 20s to late 30s/early 40s. Preferably DOES NOT WFH BUT can be discussed. Keeps shared areas and articles clean/tidy esp after use. -This is not up for debate/discussion.

To qualify for Lease, must make $65K-$80K annually ballpark/ 50X of rent share as annual income

Application Fee $500 if charged will be split among 3 of us.
