Beautiful bedroom with private bathroom

Seeking respectful and responsible roommate to join me in my beautiful UES apartment. Five minute walk to the Q and 6 trains. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Bedroom fits queen bed and has large closet. Shared living room is fully furnished with MyxFitness Spin bike that new tenant can use. Large private bathroom for new tenant. Current tenant has larger master bedroom with en suite bathroom and owns a 1.5 year old male cavalier king charles spaniel named Pretzel. His cuteness is transcendent. Rent is 1800/month, we split electric/gas and internet, though my company pays for $40 of internet so the remaining split is ~$20 per person. Apartment has washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom has AC unit installed. New roommate can share use of CrockPot, AirFryer, Blender/Coffee Machine.
