I am looking to sublease my studio for ideally 1 year. It is located in an ideal location in the Upper East Side on 95th and Second Ave. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops close by! Central Park is a 15 minute walk away. Laundromat is a block away, grocery store is 3 blocks away. The Q train 96th st stop is literally around the corner, the 6 train 96th street stop is a 9 minute walk.

Located next to a school, very safe, beautiful, and family oriented area.

The apartment is located right next to the entrance door and is street facing first level. You do hear the door open and shut, but that is really the only noise!

You will have to pass landlord checks.
