Hi! I’m looking for a female/female-identifying/nonbinary person to take over my lease in a 2-bedroom 5th floor walkup on May 1 on E 75th & York. I am so sad to leave this spot and my truly incredible roommate Lydia (28), but looking for someone respectful, kind and outgoing (and cat-friendly as she has a cat, pictured) to take my place. It’s a cute, quiet street with 2nd Ave Deli, Oslo Coffee & Kossar’s bagels right on the block and proximity to tons of restaurants and the East River Walk.
