Looking for responsible, clean, easy-going, pet friendly, non-smoking working professional to rent bedroom in large 2bed/2bth with fantastic outdoor space (private terrace + balcony) & great views. I have 2 cats and 1 dog & am looking for someone similar to move in- ideally for the remainder of the lease (ends May 2016).
