UWS Spacious & Sunny Sublet - Near Trains/Parks!

Hi -- I'm a 34 year old female professional and I'm looking for a roommate to sublet my new apartment for a few months while I travel for work, ideally to someone mature, clean and respectful. Although I will be away, my good friend lives next door and will be around to help with anything you need.

The apartment is furnished, with amazing sunlight, high ceilings and a spacious sleeping loft over the kitchen (where an additional person could stay). The subletter would have full access to the entire apartment, as well as ample closet and cupboard space. Very few of my personal belongings are in the apartment, as I'm currently in a state of transition.

The unit is very close to the 1, C and B trains, and a quick walk to both Central and Riverside Parks. There is a grocery store across the street, a CVS Pharmacy a block away, and pretty much anything one could need within walking distance. Rent is $2,250 per month and includes wi-fi.
