I'm a gay male, Vietnam Veteran, retired recording industry professional.

I am offering a room in my 2 BR apt located at W. 101st & B'way close to all forms of transportation. Bath is shared. I have a large eat in kitchen with well-maintained appliances and accessories. Both the bath and kitchen MUST BE kept status quo in every detail. Responsible maturity is essential.

The room is furnished, used to be an office/den/guest room (Ikea studio couch/bed) and is decorated with my memorabilia and film collection yet there is still plenty of storage space.

It's bright and sunny (western exposure) and overlooks Broadway. There's a TV with cable, blu-ray player, 500 MB internet service and air conditioning (july-Sept $50.00 extra per month to defray the additional electricity). Housekeeping service every two weeks. The room can be locked but I do need access from time to time to get or put away a book or film with your permission. Linen is available if needed.

My current person and I enjoy a lot of the same programs and films. Living room sharing depends on mutual interests and timing.

The building is over 100 years old and recently was used as the fa?ade, vestibule, lobby and rear elevator for the Netflix Jessica Jones series.

Guests are negotiable.

I am asking $1400.00 plus a $1400.00 deposit. This includes electricity, cable, internet, gratuities, housekeeping and cleaning supplies.

The room may be available several days prior.
