Furnished bedroom on west 80th!

Quiet, friendly, respectful married male couple (ages 32 and 40) looking for a single occupant for the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on west 80th (safest and most convenient location in Manhattan!). Right between Central Park and Riverside Park; near the 1, B, C trains as well as the crosstown 79th street bus which conveniently goes to the east side. Flexible with move in/ move out dates. We are professional musicians who travel often. When home, we practice during the day so we are specifically looking for someone who has a consistent daytime job. One of us will be gone all of November. It's on the fourth floor of a walk-up building. There are several laundromat options right on our block.

The room is cozy and quiet. The bed is a full size (double) and is lofted. The space underneath it has a little couch, a chair and a shelf/desk unit. The room has one window with an air conditioner installed. There is plenty of storage as there is a closet as well as drawers. Clean bed linens/towels are all provided. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Wifi is provided throughout the apartment. As much as we love pets, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them.
