Large Room w/ Private Bath + Patio, W/D, & Office

We have one large bedroom available (likely around 9/1) in a beautiful, two floor apartment (1800 sq. ft.) by 101st and Broadway.

The top floor (on the 1st floor of the building) has two bedrooms including the open room, two bathrooms (one inside the available bedroom), a living room (with a high ceiling and tall windows), a separate dining room/work-from-home office and a large kitchen. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a third bathroom, a washer and dryer (just for our apartment!), and the door to our private outdoor patio area with a grill, tables and chairs.

The available room is 10.5' wide and 13.5' long (142 sq. ft.) and can fit a queen sized bed with plenty of room for a desk and other furniture. There is a large closet with sliding doors and the attached bathroom includes a shower with bathtub.

As for what we're looking for in a potential roommate: very easy going, tidy, responsible, friendly and financially secure. This apartment has been a relaxing home to various roommates over the years and a pleasant spot to host friends outdoors on the patio. The three roommates you would have range in age from from their late-20s to early 30s and are: a guy working in tech, a woman working at a tech startup, and a woman working as a archivist.

The new roommate would replace the departing roommate on the lease and then ideally would join the lease when it renews on February 1, 2022.
