About housemates: We are two females, a mental health graduate student and a rock climbing gym setter who are looking for a new housemate! We are active and busy and love spending time in the park, at the gym, being out w/ friends or volunteering in our neighborhood. Clean and tidy and I don't bring the party home. We are focusing on studies and low key gatherings. There is also a 7 lb dachshund—MUST be a dog person to live here :)
Building:
We are 1 block from the 96th subway entrance that is on 93rd. We have an elevator and laundry in the basement. The location is just incredible and we couldn’t ask for more!
