My roommate and I are looking for 1 or 2 people to rent the downstairs bedroom in our duplex apartment. We are looking for someone long term from late August/early September through July 2018! The room, as pictured, fits two twins comfortably or is a great space for 1. There are two full bathrooms so you wouldn't have to share. Our apartment is very spacious with tons of storage and a private terrace. 5 minutes from the B, C, 1, 2, and 3 trains which makes it quick in easy to get anywhere in the city!
