Your large 14' X19,' light-filled room is well furnished [see photos] with a large closet, full-length mirror, natural wood floors & high ceilings. You control the room temp yourself.
The rest of the apt has a tidy, clean & green ambiance with a nicely equipped kitchen, very large living room & a bath & a half, all of which is shared in a well-kept, 24-hour doorman bldg, with laundry in the basement. (And you might have seen my apt as the home of the crusading woman Mayor in a special 2-hr "Law & Order" season-closer)
As your roommate, I am an inherently positive, sane, busy, born Ohioian, who also lived in Europe 10 years before I settled in NYC & founded, owned & managed a small, successful, PR/Marketing firm for very many years based in Chelsea until a few yrs ago. I still occasionally provide guidance & ideas when requested, for a fee!
I have a fairly goofy, short-hair feline, Tulip, a personable 4-year-old cat who will leave you alone unless you indicate you want her charming company.

Utilities, heat, water, wifi, are included, but the two of us share electricity & gas, which are billed independently since they vary monthly.

Weekly rentals or couples short-term rent would cost more and is tbd after discussion.
