The bedroom is available beginning December 1st - looking for a commitment for at least a few months but it is negotiable.

The apartment is a few feet away from a 24 hour grocery store and near many restaurants and bars (great for takeout in covid-times). The kitchen has all sorts of appliances, and the bedroom can come with some furniture at no cost - up to you. You will have your own large bathroom.
