I'm looking for someone to take over my beautiful, uniquely designed bedroom in a 1st floor apartment on the upper west side (106th&columbus avenue) starting in February. Rent is $1200 plus utilities. NO LEASE NEEDED!
The room has a loft ceiling, is super spacious, and sports an artsy, idiosyncratic feel. It's also furnished, and comes with mattress, desk, desk lamp, full-size mirror, and a lovely retro Audrey Hepburn portrait.
The cozy living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor patio is shared with two other roommates (one male, one female). They are super nice and clean, and own a ton of books!! So a shout out to all book lovers and bibliophiles out there, our living room is like a library!
Regarding location, it's a 5mins walk to the B&C train and 10 mins to the 1 train. 20mins to get to Columbus Circle. There's a delicious and relatively quiet gastro pub next door, and the nearest dry cleaners is just across the street on the next block.
Truly a great deal for anyone studying/working near the upper west side or midtown.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can stay until October 2018, at the very least. Please PM me if you're interested:)
