Room for Rent in Large 3bd/3ba UWS Apartment

The apartment is located on 74th street between West End and Broadway, a short walk from the 123. We have a huge living room, with plenty of light and a working fireplace. The room itself is decently large (14x8) with room for a queen bed, desk, and a bit more. There's a private bathroom attached to the room.

About us:
We're two males (both 28) working in finance and consulting. We're generally easy going, enjoy spending time outside, and try to make the most of the bars/restaurants/etc the city has to offer. We'll occasionally have friends over for dinner or drinks but don't tend to throw ragers. We're also big on keeping the common areas of the apartment tidy.

Our current roommate is moving out of the city for a new job. We're looking for someone to move in July 1st and sign on for a 1-year lease (moving in a few weeks earlier could be arranged as well). If you're interested, tell us a bit about yourself and we'll take it from there.
