This is a beautiful cozy one-bedroom apartment that comes fully furnished. There is flexibility for when it is available but looking for about one year, feel free to send me your dates. The bedroom has a dresser and a bedside table and lamp. The living room has a cozy couch and lamp with dimmer lighting, a kitchen breakfast nook with stools, and a work table with external monitors.

Please note that it is within a duplex so there are stairs that go to another floor but there is absolutely no crossover, it is a private one-bedroom apartment.

Utilities are included. A bi-monthly cleaning is in addition and required for sublet.

Location is amazing, 2 blocks from subway, near express 2/3 train, 3 blocks from Whole Foods, 2 avenues from Central Park, 14 min walk to Columbia.
