Large furnished private bedroom with full size bed available for the holiday season, December 18-January 10 (within those dates only please!). This is the perfect time to be in New York to enjoy the city! Right next to Riverside and the 1, 2, 3 trains?a 10-minute ride to Times Square! Very quiet location with a New York Sports Club, Equinox, Trader Joe?s, and Whole Foods very close by, not to mention some of the best food in the city within walking distance. You?ll have kitchen, living area, and bathroom access, but cleanliness is a MUST! In consideration of our neighbors, please don't throw parties or large get-togethers.
