Close to Central Park, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Equinox, Soul Cycle and tons of restaurants and bars. Current roommate is a kind, social female professional, age 26, with a steady 9-5 job, and travels a lot. Must be clean and not allergic to cats (she has one, named Scooter). Prefer female only, All utilities/internet included in rent.
