Furnished Room close to Columbia University

Hello everyone! I'm looking for someone to take my sublease of this bedroom in a 3b1b apartment. The two other roommates are both Columbia students. One is a master student in Teacher's college and the other is a master student in Engineering school. Both are friendly and easygoing. I'm renting out this room since I'm graduating in December. I'm looking for someone to take my sublease from January 2010 to August 2010. This would be perfect for those who enroll in school in the spring term.

This room is located on the upper west side near Columbia University. It's only 15 minutes walk to school. The neighborhood is convenient and safe with lots of restaurants, banks (Chase, BoA, etc.), and markets(H mart, Westside market, Fishmarket, etc.) (less than 10 minutes walk).

The rent is 1300/month (originally at 1550/month). The water fee is included in the rent. Electricity and Internet are not included. The furniture can be included upon request. The room has a twin bed, a large desk, chair, and closet. Washer, dryer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher are included in the unit.

Transportation is good. The subway line 1 is on 110th St. and B and C lines are on 116th St. Bus stops are also close to the apartment.
