It's a quiet and safe haven, close to Central Park.
There is laundry in the basement and you are situated by all modes of transportation. The cross town bus is right outside your door, the B and C train are literally on your block and you will be a 2 block walk from the 1 train. There are two large closets and a full kitchen.
