The building is located on Columbus Avenue in the West 70s. Apt is beautiful with a well lit living room that looks west onto Columbus avenue. The bed rooms are dark and quiet. The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher. There is storage in the bathroom and the kitchen. The bedroom for rent is small but it can fit a full sized bed. Both bedrooms have two large closets with a larger one on the bottom and a smaller storage closet above. Both bedrooms have AC. The apartment is fully stocked and furnished aside from the bedroom. All you need to bring are your bedroom furnishings. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Electricity and internet are split evenly.

I am a dancer and a fitness professional with an over all penchant for the arts. My schedule is all over the place but for the most part I work early mornings. As a roommate I am very clean and very quiet. I ask that you be the same. This is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city, The neighborhood is lovely and safe. We have easy access to the 1/2/3/B/C trains, as well as many buses. Easy access to the Post office, many great grocery stores including Trader Joes, Lincoln center, as well as some decent shopping are also within arms reach.

I have one sweet cat so it is best if you are not allergic to cats and even better if you like cats.

You would be on a new 1 year lease. The landlord requires a credit check and proof of employment etc. If you need a guarantor that is fine as well.
