I?m leaving my bedroom in this awesome 3BR/2BA apartment on 92nd between Broadway and West End Ave. My roommates are 2 great guys in their early 30?s, professionals who you hardly ever see around given all the busy work schedules. My room comes with a small private bathroom as well, complete with shower. The total rent is $1,600 a month, plus cable and utilities (typically works out to about $100 a month or so). You won't find a better deal than this in the UWS, guaranteed! Building is quiet, and located off the 1-2-3 express stop at 96th street, so super convenient to wherever you need to go. I?ve been living in this apartment for 4.5 years, sorry to have to leave it!
