I am moving from my apartment and I am looking for someone to take over my lease till May 2020! This apartment is in a beautiful location in the Upper West Side two blocks from the subway and a block from the river and riverside park!
The current roommate works is a 23 year old male working in data management and is gone for work most of the day and is easy to get along with. About the apartment, it is in a walk up building on the first floor with a beautiful back yard for the summer, fall, and spring seasons accompanied with a grill. The room comes unfurnished and I will be taking the couch but I know the current roommate will be willing to split one.
The room can fit a queen which is what is shown in the pictures but would be a bit more spacious with a full sized bed! If you are interested please don?t hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
