Looking for someone to take over my apartment lease until May 2020 (May included and starting October) for a 2bed1bath apartment in the Upper West Side. Details:
- Rent per month would be $2025, however NET rent after the contract ends would come down to ~1850 as the last month is free and we would share the benefits!
- Live with the best human you will ever meet aka my roommate next to the Museum of Natural History
- Fully renovated apartment (we are the first tenants)
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Bougie light dimmers in the living room and bathroom
- Fully furnished apartment (even with optionality to purchase my bed/ other room furniture for a friendly price)
- Closet and A/C in both bedrooms
- 5-10 minute walk to the ACE or the 123 trains
- 10 min walk to Trader Joes
- 2 minute walk to Central Park
- 5 minute walk to Equinox + Barrys
Honestly fabulous location and just an incredible apartment. Would never leave this apartment in my entire life but life happens and I have to ????
