Room On 78 And Amsterdam, Private Bathroom

This is a great cozy bedroom with a nice private bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. We're all working professionals and creatives and generally a quiet bunch. We have people over but generally don't bring the party home. We're very low drama and communicate well and are looking for someone like-minded. Room can be partly furnished or unfurnished upon needs.

We're 4 blocks from the 2,3 train and one block from a local 1. There is Fairway, Trader Joe's, Citarella and Zabars all within 6 blocks and fantastic bars and restaurants all up and down Amsterdam Avenue. We are next to a school so it's super quiet at night and very safe. Two blocks from Central Park and three from Riverside Park. We have an adorable and very well behaved dog.

We'd love a clean and respectful room mate first and foremost. We're pretty friendly and would love to have someone who socializes with us and spends time in the living room and makes the apartment their home but are also happy to have a room mate who keeps to themselves. Low drama and mutual respect are key!
