I am seeking a non-smoker (no tobacco) who is considerate, quiet, has a busy schedule during the week and okay with not having frequent overnight guests, live-in significant others, pets or guests in the apartment on a regular basis.

I am a very down to earth male in my early 50’s who is very easy to get along with, warm and friendly but not invasive. Some days I will work from home during the week and on average, I’m away 2 weekends per month for a few days. I have lived with male and female roommates in the past and have not had a problem. I’d like to keep it that way. I live a quiet life. Night owls not preferred.

Rent is $1,600 per month which includes all utilities. 1 month security and first months rent is required to move in. Prefer 6-12 month commitment.
