I?m looking to rent out a room in my two bedroom apartment on the Upper West side. The lease will continue through Aug, 2020. The room can fit a single or double bed.
I?m looking for a quiet, neat and respectful roommate. Absolutely no drugs, pets or smoking. Guests welcome but noise level should be kept to a minimum on weeknights or late on the weekends. The apartment, available immediately, includes an open kitchen- living area and a shared bath. The building is well maintained with an onsite super. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a walk-up and is nice and bright. The apartment includes Hardwood floors, dishwasher and fully furnished living room. I have already taken care of the guarantor paperwork- you would need to pay first months rent, last months rent and a $1400 security deposit.
The location is super close to Central Park, Riverside Park and subways. Walkable to Trader Joe?s and surrounded by great restaurants.
