My roommate and I (both female) are looking for a third roommate to move into our UWS apartment. It is a 1st floor, street facing apartment in an elevator building. Live in super. Washer/dryer in unit. I have an overly affectionate cat (whose litter box is kept away in one of the rooms) so you must be okay with animals.
The room for rent fits a full-sized bed comfortably and has a large closet as well.
We are looking for someone clean, friendly, and who isn?t opposed to joining in on wine movie nights.
We are renewing our current lease and need to have a new roommate secured by end of March the latest, for a June 1 move in.
