Large, furnished summer sublet in doorman building on 98th and Broadway.

Room is available from June 22 - August 22.

Available bedroom measures 19' x 13', and comes complete with everything you need - double-size bed, dresser, couch, closet, desk, air conditioner. Bedroom gets lots of sunlight from multiple windows. Wireless internet.

The other two roommates are two females, ages 56-72. We are open to all genders and ages. We are both nice and quiet. Apartment is furnished with a large living room and kosher vegetarian kitchen.
