The bedroom is very spacious, and located on the ground floor, in the back of the building so it is very quiet and still has great natural light. It’s just a short walk to the 1 train and bus lines, and close to bars and restaurants on B’way and Amsterdam ave!

This apartment will be MONTH TO MONTH, 30 days minimum, long term preferred, 30 days notice before vacating.

Proof of current employment and 1 month security deposit is required in addition to first month’s rent before move in date.

I am basically a part time roommate since Covid happened so you will pretty much have the place to yourself a majority of the time. (I have mostly been staying with family, and am being very safe)
