Two room mates needed for prime location 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Apt on Amsterdam Avenue between 77th and 78th Street.
The two room mates looking to fill the spaces are young professionals (late 20's and 30's) who work in the music industry and also finance.
This apartment features a nice and big living room with high ceilings and a lot of natural light. The windows face a playground and small park on the corner of 77th. We have access to a small balcony.
A separate kitchen with dining table area includes a dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen appliances.
The apt has very good storage space and both available bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space also. It's a steal! One of the rooms comes with a bed and wardrobe as the room mate moved back to Australia. The other comes with some wardrobe space but not a bed. For either room you could throw out what you dont want to keep.
This is a 4th floor walk up located in the heart of the Upper West Side one block and avenue away from 79th Street 1 train, and 5 streets and one avenue away from the 1, 2, 3 at 72nd Street. We are also close to the C. There is no laundry on location, however there are multiple laundry services within walking distance from the apt. We are surrounded by cafe's, restaurants, pubs and this is a safe and beautiful location with absolutely everything you could want.
We are two avenues over from Central Park. The lease starts July 1st but both rooms are accessible before.

We are looking for some one who pays rent on time, is clean and tidy and respectful of shared spaces. We all are very respectful of space but we do enjoy some nights watching TV and sharing a bottle of wine. This is a drama free safe space that we can all call home and it has been a wonderful home so we want to keep that good energy.
