Great location, 2 minutes from A/B/C/D subway line, and 5 minutes from 1/2/3 subway line. Wholefoods is minutes away. 24 hour Doorman building. Laundry and gym in building. Current tenant will be frequently traveling. Prefer renters for 1 to 2 weeks per months, monthly a possibility. Equally avid business traveler preferred.
