Bedroom 1: $1450 per month plus $30-50 for utilities, 19x10ft, large closet
Bedroom 2: $1360 per month plus $30-50 for utilities, 12x10 ft, large closet
We have lived here for a year and love the apartment, building, and neighborhood. You would be signing onto a 1-year lease with us. We are two female Penn grads in early 20s (young professional and Columbia grad student). Building is prewar with 2 elevators, door person, and laundry on the floor. Large kitchen with plenty of countertop and cabinet space. Eat-in dining space next to kitchen is 10 by 8. Coat closet and additional storage in hallway. This is a perfect location - 5 min walk to the 123, 8 min to Whole Foods, 14 min to Trader Joes, and 2 avenue blocks away from Riverside Park and Central Park.
