UWS Studio Sublet

6/1 until end of 2020 (dates flexible)

This is a sublet for a FURNISHED studio on W 72nd St. 5th floor walkup.
0.5 blocks from Trader Joe?s and the 1,2,3 Express Station.
1.5 blocks from Central Park.

I pay 2176/mo but I am subletting for 1790, AND I will cover all utilities - gigabit internet + electricity. This is because I am moving back home for the time being.

You are welcome to use all the supplies I have as long as you don?t damage the major appliances and the apt itself. There is no laundry in building but I have a washing machine that hooks up and drains to the sink, as well as a large foldable drying rack. There is no A/C - I am happy to pay for it but you have to install it yourself.

Required: first month?s rent + 1mo security. Proof of income.
Preferred: someone who does not wear shoes in the apartment.
