- Reasonably close to Trader Joe?s & Whole Foods, as well as other local grocery stores & Duane Reade

- Utilities usually range between $30-55, including cost of household items like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc. shipped to the apartment

This spot is open for anytime starting now through August. Just trying to sell any part of my summer contract since I?ve moved out of NY. Can renew for the fall if interested. Rent for shared is $750, and for private it is negotiable.
