Furnished Room for Rent in True 2 Bedroom on UWS

I have a room available as of September 1, possibility this is flexible to mid to late August.
The apartment is on Upper West Side located right around the corner from the 1,2,3 lines at 96th street. Room fits queen bed, but gives more flexible space for double bed.
I?ve lived here for over 5 years and I love the place and the neighborhood. Great area with tons of bars, restaurants, gyms and shops nearby. It?s within walking distance to both Central Park & Riverside Park.

I?m a 36 year old professional who works in Marketing. I?m gay, non-smoker, no drugs, no pets. I?m very cleanly & organized. I don?t have people over often but when I do I check with my current roommate first to make sure he?s cool with it. He does the exact same for me. I?m
Very easy going and relaxed. Cats are welcome here :)
I?m looking for a roommate to sublet the room as of 9/1. My current roommate plans to relocate outside of the state. The rent is $1400 plus utilities.
