UWS Apartment with Washer/ Dryer!

The room is a great space with a large closet. It is in the back of the apartment so it is quiet. It is on the third floor of the building (no steep staircase) which also has a small elevator. The room itself is large and includes a full sized bed/ mattress, a desk, bookshelf and some wall shelves. The apartment is newly renovated, has a washer/ dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher.

I love the UWS and am super sad to be leaving! Lots of cute cafes, gyms/ studios, great restaurants and easy access to the rest of the city. There is a farmers' market every Saturday (8am-4pm), a Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Gristedes near by. Super close to Central Park and a quick jog or nice walk to the Reservoir. It is very quiet and has tons of trees, there is also a community garden on the corner. Super close to the B/C and there are a couple of Citi Bike rental kiosks near by.

No cats please, someone in the apt is allergic!
