The apartment is very spacious and has a large living room and privately accessed roof deck. There is a spare loft for extra storage and of course 1.5 bath rooms, the 1/2 bath is private to your room.

My roommate is moving out before September 1st and is willing to sell the bed and other furniture in the bedroom that?s for rent.
