Private bedroom/private bathroom close to the park

Private bedroom in a prewar apt building.
Also private bathroom.
There is already a queen size bed in the room which was purchased only a year ago.
The street is tree lined with close access to bus, and two subway lines. Central Park is just a block away.

I do have internet/wireless

Looking for a neat, responsible, quiet roommate for 6 months or so. Short term rentals also available.
