Private Room - $950

Hi everyone!
SUBLET – 105th st/Amsterdam ave - $950/month
One of my roommates is moving out at the end of the year and we are looking for a new roommate to take over his room! Both female and male are welcome.
We are looking to sublet the room for a duration of 5-6 months (Jan 1st – Jun 30th) with the possibility of extension afterwards. The apartment is in a safe, elevatored building located in the Upper West Side on the corner of 105h street and Amsterdam. It got renovated just before we moved in a little more than a year ago and we have put a lot of effort into making the apartment cozy. You’ll be living with a Columbia student (male) and two young professionals (1 male, 1 female) including myself. We are a COVID-conscious household and are looking for someone who’s on the same page!
About the room:
8 x 11 ft
Rent is $950 before utilities, which are usually about $30. Security is 1 month of rent.
The room has a wall closet and a large window facing the courtyard.
