Looking for a new roommate - upper west side

Hi people, We have a room available to rent on UWS and are looking for a new roommate.
The apartment is huge, it’s a 4 bedroom apartment, The room is big and renovated, New bed with 2 build in closets, A/C, cables and internet.
We have Big new kitchen and the apartment has a storage room as well. Laundry in the building.

The apartment is built perfectly for roommates, every one has their own space and privacy. currently we are 2 people in the place,
The location is amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful- on West End Ave., one block from the park, and right near the subway. (1 & express 2,3). Walking distance to Colombia University.
The room is furnished but we can empty it out if you want to bring your furniture.

We are looking for a male or female 20-40 yo, easygoing, who can be a roommate but also a friend who sometimes loves to have a chat in the apartment and enjoy a good glass of wine.

We take care of our apt. and we like to keep the common space clean.
The rent is 1500$ a month. Room is available now. - Long term preferred but we can do short terms.
