The room comes with your own private half bathroom and no shared walls with anyone. The other three roommates are very chill and relaxed people. Very clean with weekly communal cleaning and roof access as well as pet and friendly.
The lease extends to May 1st so it would be a minimum stay of 3 months with the chance to renew afterwards. I’ve lived here for almost 9 months now and I really love it (it’s a steal) especially the roommates as they’re the nicest I’ve ever had.
The neighbourhood is perfect for the UWS too (70s) with great restaurants and shops all around and laundry only a 3 minute walk away. Central Park is only two blocks away as well as Riverside Park and the American Museum of Natural History.
