We are looking for a new roommate to join our quaint little apartment on the Upper Westside. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, DISHWASHER, spacious and in-building washer-dryer unit! Rent is $1175; utilities are split (about $75 per month). Our current 3rd-Roommate is moving back to Switzerland to finish her degree. Move-in date is the weekend of September 17. Option for renewal: the lease is up for renewal on June 1, 2023.
A little about us: 2 females in their mid-twenties both working full-time and in the office. LBGTQ+ and smoker friendly. Sena has a dog (Gavin ― see pictures) and works as an event coordinator in Meatpacking, Kim is a graduate student working as a high school/middle school teacher. We both like to explore the city’s restaurant and bar scene, are artistic, cleanly, and vaccinated and boosted!
GREAT LOCATION! We are located on West 73rd Street between Central Park West and Columbus. Right next to Central Park, 5min walk to Trader Joe’s, close to the C/B/1/2/3 trains, close to multiple museums, Zucker’s Bagels, and lots of wonderful shops. Great variety of quality eateries and restaurants all within walking distance! Just some to give you an idea: Thai 72, Magnolia Bakery, Lilly’s Cocktail & Wine, Tenzan, Black Press Coffee, Levain, Starbucks and Parm.

This is NYC and pests are a real thing; we don’t leave dishes in the sink (yay having a dishwasher!), we do our best to keep common spaces tidy, and we take turns taking out trash & general cleaning.
