A spacious room in UWS by Riverside and CP

My apartment is 5 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. It is the biggest room in the apartment. (8’ x 13’5’’)

It looks exactly like the photos, except for a few differences. There is an AC unit, and the desk is actually bigger than the one in the photos.

Maximum capacity of people in the apartment will be 5 people. (Month to month or longer lease is available)

Rents include all utilities. (Also toiletries, paper towels, toilet papers, dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies and so on.)

Cleaning person comes every other week. (included in the price)

The building is right below Columbia U between Central Park and Riverside Park. Location is great, right by 1 train. (red line)

Rooms and common areas are fully furnished. Room has a queen bed. It has an AC unit. You will find everything you need in your room, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. I will also provide three full sets of towels and three full sets of sheets.

There is a brand new washer/dryer in the apartment. (a brand new coffee machine and a Nespresso machine)

Currently, there are two Columbia U grad students and one Manhattan School of Music grad student in the apartment.
