Steps away from Riverside Park.

Your private room contains an antique brass double bed (with a new box spring and mattress) a chest of drawers, hardwood floors, high ceilings, 2 windows, closet and an AC in a peaceful environment.

Share bathroom and eat in kitchen with health conscious, self employed, clean, quiet, calm, respectful, no drama female.

Please be a non smoking (no work from home) self managed, clean, responsible, drama/drug free, financially solvent, dog friendly individual and have no pets of your own. The living room is my office.

No smoking, vaping or drugs. Please be vaccinated and boosted.
The space is ideal for someone who enjoys an immaculate and well-maintained living space.

Please be prepared to show proof of employment and proof of vaccination/boosters and a photo ID and be available for an in person masked viewing of the room.
First months rent plus one months security equals $2200.00 to secure the room.

Twice a month professional cleaning is $80.00.
